Loan application requirements / Requisitos para un préstamo

Things you will need to apply for a home mortgage

When applying for a home loan, you will need to provide the following items:


1. Last 2 years of income taxes

2. Last 4 paycheck stubs

3. Last 2 months of bank statements 

4. Will need to have 2 years of steady employment 

5. Will need to have a credit score of 620 or better


These requirements will apply to loans using a social security number (SSN) or an Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN). 


Al solicitar un préstamo hipotecario, deberá proporcionar los siguientes elementos:


1. Los últimos dos años de ingresos

2. Últimos 4 talones de sueldo

3. Los últimos 2 meses de extractos bancarios

4. 2 años de empleo estable

5. Los solicitantes necesitarán una puntuación de crédito de 620 o mejor 

6. 15% - 20% pago inicial del precio de compra y una tasa de interés mensual del 6% al 8%

counter notification to our agent. A valid counter notification is a written communication that

incorporates the following elements:


a. A physical or electronic signature of the poster;


b. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled

and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was

disabled;


c. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material

was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;


d. Your name, address, and telephone number; a statement that you consent to the

jurisdiction of federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is

located, or if your address is outside of the U.S., for any judicial district in which the

service provider may be found; and that you will accept service of process from the

complainant.
